03 / How we work

    Audit

    Two weeks. We tear apart account structure, creative, tracking, landing pages. You get a written report — actionable, not a sales document.

  2. Step 02

    Rebuild

    Account restructure, tracking fix, first batch of creative. Usually 3–4 weeks before we touch budget meaningfully.

  3. Step 03

    Weekly loop

    Every week: review, kill, scale, brief new creative, ship. Monday review, Friday batch. No quarterly mystery.

  4. Step 04

    Monthly business review

    One hour. What worked, what didn't, what's next month's bet. Run like a P&L review, not a slide show.

Why flat fee instead of % of spend?
% of spend creates a perverse incentive: the agency wins when you spend more, not when you earn more. Flat fee aligns us with efficiency.
What's the minimum ad budget that makes sense?
$5k/month for Meta or Google to read signal in a reasonable timeframe. Below that we'll be honest — you'd burn budget faster than we'd learn.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You always. We get user access — we never set up under our MCC or business manager. If we part ways tomorrow, you keep everything.
Do you do TikTok / LinkedIn / X?
TikTok yes, when the audience fits. LinkedIn yes for B2B. X — rarely, the ad product isn't there yet.
