Eight years of shipping sites, systems, automations, and growth stacks — across SaaS, e-commerce, services, and SMB. Web development, marketing strategy, paid media, custom systems, sales operations. Built and run all of it.
That work has included crisis management and turnarounds across companies in different sectors — walking in when operations were breaking and rebuilding how the business runs: documenting processes, untangling who-does-what, and getting it to stand without the founder propping it up. It's now a service in its own right — business systemization.
